A lively, entertaining, and informative radio talk show with four rotating hosts each month. Each week we talk with local, regional, or national experts about timely gardening, food and food systems, soil, and environmental topics relevant to Santa Fe and northern New Mexico listeners.
Slow Food Santa Fe. Lissa Johnson and Nina Rosenberg host the first Saturdays, featuring guests from the local food milieu and highlighting upcoming events.
Santa Fe Extension Master Gardeners. Christine Salem, produces and hosts the second (and sometimes fourth) Saturdays. The focus is on seeds, grains, and Extension Master Gardener events. SF County Extension Agent Tom Dominguez joins Christine alternate months with updates on Master Gardener and County Extension news.
Food, Farms & Friends with Carrie Core takes over the mic the third Saturday each month. Carrie chats with local farmers and community leaders working in the food sovereignty area. Her current focus is Soil Stories in partnership with the Healthy Soils Working Group.
Home Grown New Mexico and Master Gardener Jannine Cabossel, the Tomato Lady, shares her vegetable gardening expertise the last Saturday of each month.
